Dubai Deliveries
Dubai customers may pay on delivery by selecting Card On Delivery or Cash On Delivery at checkout.
Our aim is to have the order with you in 3 hours or less.
For same day delivery, you will need to order before 4pm GST.
Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm.
We deliver everyday excluding UAE Public Holidays.
UAE, GCC, ROW Deliveries
For same day delivery in UAE, you would need to order before 12pm GST.
We offer FREE delivery in UAE when you spend over AED 500.
We use DHL for all our international deliveries.
We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship to Qatar, Israel, Russia or Ukraine. We apologise for the any inconvenience.
An email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
Waveshop Dubai is not responsible for any duties or taxes you may be charged.
Any post-shipment services, such as change of address or re-scheduling of delivery, would be at the customer’s expense.
General Information
Waveshop Dubai will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery times are an approximation only. We will do our very best to get your order to you within those times. However, on the rare occasion, there may be circumstances that we cannot control that may delay these times.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on any UAE public holiday will be processed on the next UAE business day.
